# Update 107: quick entity creation, specification types, Taskombank statements

> Update 107 (18.02.2025) adds quick entity creation in orders and receipts, the specification types "Main" and "Non-main", Taskombank statement import and a hierarchical print menu. A production order can now be saved without batches and without reserving materials.

## Sales and purchasing

- **Quick entity creation.** In the "[Customer order](https://bimpsoft.com/en/help/sales/customer-order/)", "Supplier order" and "Goods receipt" documents, you can create new directory records right in the document without going to the directories.
- **Quick [warehouse](https://bimpsoft.com/en/help/inventory/warehouses/) creation** in the "Sales of goods and services" document: a warehouse is added directly from the document form.
- **Serial number at sale.** You can create a serial number at the moment of sale. For more on serial number tracking, see [Serial numbers](https://bimpsoft.com/en/help/inventory/serial-numbers/).
- **Filters by products** in the "[Supplier order](https://bimpsoft.com/en/help/purchasing/purchase-order/)" and "Goods receipt" sections: quickly find documents that contain a given product.

## Printing

- **Hierarchical "Print" context menu.** The menu appears when you select a product in the "Warehouse" block, in documents with products and in the "Stock movement" report. You choose the print form you need from the list of available forms, without searching through different sections.

## Production

- **Specification types: "Main" and "Non-main".** In the product card of a finished product, the "Specifications" section now shows the type of each specification. Details: [Specifications](https://bimpsoft.com/en/help/production/specifications/).
- **Production order without batches and [reservation](https://bimpsoft.com/en/help/sales/reserves/).** You can save the document without specifying batches and without reserving materials. Details: [Production order](https://bimpsoft.com/en/help/production/production-order/).

## Finance

## Reports

- **"Responsible managers".** In all reports, "Managers" has been renamed to "Responsible managers".
- **Filter by author.** Reports have a new filter by document author.
