# Update 112: Google sign-in, scanner write-off, cost accumulation without an order

> Update 112 (23.07.2025) adds sign-up and sign-in with a Google account and write-off of goods by barcode scanner with the performer recorded. Costs can be accumulated without a direct link to an order, and the price without VAT in a customer order is calculated automatically.

## Sign-in and interface

- **Google sign-in.** Sign-up and sign-in to Bimp are available through a Google account. Details: [Sign-up and sign-in](https://bimpsoft.com/en/help/getting-started/sign-up-and-sign-in/).
- **"Select all results" in lists.** In a drop-down list, one click selects all search results.
- **Select all items.** On all pages where records can be selected, a checkbox has appeared for selecting all items on all possible pages.
- **Products and [modifications](https://bimpsoft.com/en/help/products/variants/) in separate columns.** In the "Products and services" register they are separated, which makes it easier to search by name or modification and to sort large lists.

## Warehouse

- **Scanner write-off.** Goods are written off from the [warehouse](https://bimpsoft.com/en/help/inventory/warehouses/) with a barcode scanner, without a mouse or keyboard. The system records who performs the write-off. Details: [Write-off](https://bimpsoft.com/en/help/inventory/write-off/).

## Sales

- **Price without VAT.** In the "Customer order", the price without VAT is calculated automatically, taking into account the currency rate and the price in the [price list](https://bimpsoft.com/en/help/pricing/price-lists/) currency (accounting). ## Cost price

- **Cost accumulation without linking to an order.** This is possible through the "Other expenses" and "[Goods receipt](https://bimpsoft.com/en/help/purchasing/goods-receipt/)" documents.
- **Cost accumulation linked to a work order or a customer order.** It works through the "[Stock transfer](https://bimpsoft.com/en/help/inventory/stock-transfer/)", "Expense report", "Other expenses", "Goods receipt" and "Piecework pay" documents. This gives an accurate calculation of costs and a reliable [cost price](https://bimpsoft.com/en/help/costing/cost-price-guide/).
