# Update 116: proforma invoice and packing list, SendPulse, operations export

> Update 116 (29.10.2025) adds printing of a proforma invoice and packing list from a customer order with new fields in the product and organization cards. It also brings the SendPulse integration, export of financial operations and purchase planning to Excel, and balances at the end of a selected day.

## Sales and international documents

- **Proforma invoice and packing list.** The documents are generated and printed automatically based on the "[Customer order](https://bimpsoft.com/en/help/sales/customer-order/)": the system pulls in the international details of the organization, counterparty and products, the weight of goods and the country of origin. - **New fields in the product card:** "Net weight (kg)", "Gross weight (kg)", "International product name" and "Country of origin", for correct generation of international documents.
- **International details in the "[Organizations](https://bimpsoft.com/en/help/getting-started/organizations/)" card.** They can be entered for print forms, in particular the proforma invoice for international counterparties.
- **Previously used addresses.** In the "Delivery" block of the customer order, Bimp suggests all addresses that have already been used in the system.
- **Contract from the "Contract" field.** In any commercial or [warehouse](https://bimpsoft.com/en/help/inventory/warehouses/) document, the contract directory opens through the context menu, without leaving the document.

## Purchasing

- **"Need to purchase" switch** in "Purchase planning" simplifies finding products that need to be ordered.
- **Export to .xlsx.** The data of the "Purchase planning" table can be exported to .xlsx. Details: [Purchase planning](https://bimpsoft.com/en/help/purchasing/purchase-planning/).
- **Automatic price updates.** The system pulls purchase prices from the "[Goods receipt](https://bimpsoft.com/en/help/purchasing/goods-receipt/)" document.

## Finance

- **Balance at the end of the day.** The "Total balance" block and the balances of individual accounts and cash registers in the "Operations" section show balances at the end of the day of the date selected in the filter, not current ones.
- **Export of operations.** The list of financial operations is exported to Excel (.xlsx).
- **Cash flow analytics.** For standard cash flow items, an additional analytics level has been added: sub-items of "Financial operations".

## Production

- **Production order.** With the status "Completed", all [reservations](https://bimpsoft.com/en/help/sales/reserves/) are released automatically.
- **Linked orders.** All semi-finished products of the same nesting level are grouped into one consolidated order, which reduces the number of documents.

## Integrations

- **SendPulse.** The integration synchronizes customer and mailing data so you can set up email and SMS campaigns from current Bimp data.
- **KeyCRM: sales document date.** In the settings, you can choose the creation date of the "Sales of goods and services" document: by the order creation date or by the [shipment](https://bimpsoft.com/en/help/sales/shipment/) date. - **KeyCRM: warehouse.** When an order is created in Bimp, the warehouse selected in KeyCRM is pulled in automatically.

## Reports and directories

- **"Counterparty" column** appears in the file when the "Expenses" report is exported to Excel, so the file matches the look of the report.
- **Product creation date** is now visible in the directory.
- **New customers on the dashboard.** The metrics are calculated for the period selected in the dashboard filter.
