# Update 120: trial balance, BigQuery, change history, warehouse access URL: https://bimpsoft.com/en/help/changelog/120/ Updated: 2026-11-06 > Update 120 (10.06.2026) adds the "Trial balance" report, integration with Google BigQuery for Looker Studio and a "before / after" change log for the customer order. Staff access to warehouses can be restricted, and the accounting settings have control of shipment below cost price. Release date: 10.06.2026. ## Reports and analytics - **"Trial balance".** A new report in the "Reports" section: checking the balance of accounting accounts, movement for any period and loading of opening data. Details: [Trial balance](https://bimpsoft.com/en/help/reports/trial-balance-report/). - **BigQuery and Looker Studio.** Bimp data can be sent to Google BigQuery in batches, without load on the system, and Looker Studio can be connected for visualization. This lets you build your own reports and combine Bimp data with advertising accounts (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) and Google Analytics. It is set up individually: you need to submit a request to Bimp technical support, specifying the user's email. The parameters are saved in report templates. ## Access and security - **[Warehouse](https://bimpsoft.com/en/help/inventory/warehouses/) access.** In "User account", "Users", the "Access settings" button, "Warehouses" tab: an employee sees only the permitted warehouses. When you expand an edit, you see a "before / after" table by field, for example "Price": was 100, now 150. By default, history is stored for 1 year, after which the data is deleted automatically; availability depends on the plan. In upcoming updates, the feature will appear in other documents and directories. - **Control of [shipment](https://bimpsoft.com/en/help/sales/shipment/) below cost price.** In "Company", "Accounting settings" ("Accounting" block), there is a switch. When it is on, the "Amount" cell in the customer order is highlighted in red if the price is lower than the cost price, and saving or posting is blocked with the message "Saving is not possible: the document has products with a price below cost price". Details: [Accounting settings](https://bimpsoft.com/en/help/getting-started/accounting-settings/). ## Warehouse - **Quick "Warehouse" filter** on the "[Products and services](https://bimpsoft.com/en/help/products/products-and-services/)" tab works as in the "Product movement" report: it hides products without operations at the selected warehouses, but keeps those that have run out (balance 0). - **Automatic batch and [serial number](https://bimpsoft.com/en/help/inventory/serial-numbers/) tracking.** In "Accounting settings" ("Accounting" block), the toggle "Automatically enable batch and serial number tracking for new products" sets a single rule for new products. - **"Available balance" in "Stock transfer".** The column shows the quantity at the sending warehouse and is recalculated when the warehouse changes, when lines are added manually, by scanner or when [created based on](https://bimpsoft.com/en/help/basics/create-based-on/) orders. - **[Reservation](https://bimpsoft.com/en/help/sales/reserves/) in batches.** In the product card, on the "Batches" tab, a "Reservation" column has appeared right after the free balance. ## Production - **"Products" filter in "[Specifications](https://bimpsoft.com/en/help/production/specifications/)".** It lets you find active specifications that use the selected material (one or several items). - **Specification import from Excel.** The "Import" button and template in "Directories", "Specifications" let you load many specifications in one file with component grouping and error checking. Details: [Specification import](https://bimpsoft.com/en/help/production/import-specifications/). - **Asset import in "Opening balances entry".** On the "Assets" tab, the "Import" button loads an Excel template, automatically creates cards in the "Fixed assets" directory (inventory numbers, useful life, depreciation) and fills the document with cost, wear, condition and accounting accounts. Validation shows the number of a row with gaps. ## Integrations and delivery - **[Nova Poshta](https://bimpsoft.com/en/help/integrations/nova-poshta/): waybills for legal entities.** When creating a waybill, you can choose the customer type "Organization" (with the "EDRPOU" field) or "Individual". Selection of the non-cash payment form has been fixed. - **Nova Poshta: recipient.** The "Previous shipments" toggle pulls in the address history. "Same as Customer" is on by default; if you turn it off, name and phone fields for the actual recipient appear, without creating a new contact.
