Updated: 2026-11-06

> The 1C integration passes Bimp documents (invoices, waybills, payments) to the 1C accounting program. Connect the processing file from Bimp customer care, sign in with a separate login, set up lookup and mapping of organizations and expense items, then click "Get from Bimp" and "Load into 1C".

## What the 1C exchange does

The Bimp exchange with 1C passes documents from the Bimp management accounting system to the accounting program: invoices, waybills, payments and other financial transactions. This removes double entry and reduces the risk of errors. The exchange works through a special processing that is run in 1C.

## Before you start

1. Get the processing file from the Bimp customer care team.
2. Create a separate user in Bimp for the exchange or use an existing one - see [Users](https://bimpsoft.com/en/help/access/users/). The login and password in the processing must differ from those you use to sign in to Bimp.
3. Make sure the organizations and expense items in Bimp are created - see [Organizations](https://bimpsoft.com/en/help/getting-started/organizations/) and [Income and expense items](https://bimpsoft.com/en/help/getting-started/income-and-expense-items/).

## How to connect the processing

1. In the accounting program, choose the processing file provided by the customer care team.
2. Enter the Bimp user's login and password.
3. Click **Sign in**.

> [!WARNING] The login and password for the processing must differ from the credentials you use to work in Bimp. If they match, a session conflict occurs and the system automatically signs you out of the account.

## How to set up the exchange

After you sign in, the "Settings" window opens. Choose the company in Bimp. For a new company the parameters are empty, and if the exchange has been used before, the saved settings are loaded.

On the "General settings" tab, set the rules for looking up and creating items in 1C:

| Block | Parameter | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| "Counterparty contracts" | "Find contracts by code" / "by name" | how a contract with the counterparty is looked up |
| | "Create contracts in 1C" | automatically creates a contract if it does not exist in 1C |
| | "Settlements management", "Tax accounting scheme" | the settlements type and the tax accounting scheme |
| "Counterparties" | "Find counterparties by code" / "by name" / "by EDRPOU code" | the counterparty lookup criterion |
| | "Create counterparty in 1C" | adds the counterparty to 1C if it is not there |
| "Products" | "Find products by code" / "by name" / "by SKU" | the product lookup criterion |
| | "Create products in 1C", "New products group" | automatically creates items; a group for them is required |
| "Documents" | "Reload documents" | overwrites data in documents that have already been loaded |
| | "Stop on error" | stops loading if an error occurs (for example, when creating a directory item or posting a document) |
| | "Check for differences in loaded documents" | compares the data and marks changed documents with the "Changed" status; may slow down building the list |

> [!WARNING] The "Reload documents" parameter overwrites data in existing documents - any changes made manually in 1C will be lost.

## How to map organizations and expense items

1. On the "Bimp organizations" tab, click **Fill in Bimp organizations** and, for each Bimp organization, choose the corresponding organization in 1C.
2. On the "Bimp expense items" tab, click **Fill in Bimp expense items** and map them to 1C in the same way.
3. Click **Save**, then **OK**.

## How to load documents into 1C

After you save the settings, the main "Bimp exchange with 1C" processing window opens.

1. Choose the "Period" and the "Organization" you need the data for. If needed, leave the "Posted only" checkbox on.
2. Click **Get from Bimp** - a list of documents for the period appears, with the Bimp number, date, status and the "Document in 1C" mark.
3. Tick the documents you need and click **Load into 1C**.
4. After loading, the number assigned in 1C is shown - you can open the document and check it.

### What to do if a document was changed in Bimp

If a document was changed in Bimp after loading, for example the quantity of goods was reduced from 500 to 400, click **Get from Bimp** again. The document gets the "Changed" status. Tick it and click **Load into 1C** - the data in 1C is updated.

## Common problems

**The user is signed out of the Bimp account while the processing is running.** Cause: the processing uses the same login and password as Bimp. Solution: set separate credentials for the processing.

**The document list builds slowly.** Cause: "Check for differences in loaded documents" is on. Solution: turn the parameter off if you do not need change control.

**Manual edits in 1C disappeared after reloading.** Cause: "Reload documents" is on, which overwrites data. Solution: turn the parameter off or do not edit loaded documents manually.
