# Bulk printing of Nova Poshta waybills from the orders register

> Bulk printing combines Nova Poshta labels for several orders into one PDF. Open "Sales → Orders", select the orders, click the printer icon and choose "Print Nova Poshta waybill". The system takes only orders that already have a Nova Poshta waybill and opens the PDF in a new browser tab.

## What bulk waybill printing is

Bulk printing creates one PDF file with Nova Poshta labels for several selected orders. Instead of opening each order separately, you print all the labels in one document straight from the orders register. This saves time at the warehouse when many [shipments](https://bimpsoft.com/en/help/sales/shipment/) are prepared in a morning: for example, 50 parcels are printed in one file instead of 50 separate ones.

## Before you start

1. Connect the Nova Poshta integration - see [Nova Poshta: connecting the integration](https://bimpsoft.com/en/help/integrations/nova-poshta/).
2. Create a waybill in each order you need to print - see [Creating a Nova Poshta waybill from an order](https://bimpsoft.com/en/help/integrations/nova-poshta-waybill/). Bulk printing works only for waybills created from the [Customer order](https://bimpsoft.com/en/help/sales/customer-order/) document.

## How to print waybills for several orders

1. Open **Sales → Orders**.
2. Tick the checkboxes on the left in the rows of the orders that need labels.
3. In the top action bar above the table, click the printer icon.
4. In the dropdown list, choose **Print Nova Poshta waybill**. The item is active only if at least one order is selected.
5. Wait for the file to be generated: Bimp calls the Nova Poshta API and generates the labels in the format set in your carrier online account.
6. A single PDF opens in a new browser tab. Click the print button in your PDF viewer.

> [!WARNING] The system automatically skips orders where the waybill has not been created yet or another carrier is chosen. If the PDF has fewer labels than you selected, check that all the orders have a Nova Poshta waybill.

## What you get

The result is one PDF with labels for all selected orders that have a Nova Poshta waybill. The label format is determined by the settings of your Nova Poshta account. ## Common problems

**The PDF has fewer labels than the number of orders selected.** Cause: some orders have no waybill or another carrier is chosen. Solution: create a Nova Poshta waybill in these orders and print again.

**The "Print Nova Poshta waybill" item is inactive.** Cause: no orders are selected in the register. Solution: tick at least one order with the checkbox.

**The waybill was not created from a customer order.** Bulk printing does not work for such waybills yet - print them separately, see [Printing a consignment note](https://bimpsoft.com/en/help/sales/print-waybill-1tn/).

## FAQ

**Why are some of the selected orders missing from the PDF?**

The system ignores orders where the waybill has not been created yet or another carrier is chosen. Printing works only for orders with a Nova Poshta waybill.

**Why is the "Print Nova Poshta waybill" item inactive?**

The function becomes active only when at least one order is selected in the register.

**Which waybills does bulk printing work for?**

Currently only for waybills created directly from the Customer order document.
