1.1. This Privacy Policy is developed based on the current legislation of Ukraine, in particular the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) for Clients from the EU.
1.2. Use of the Bimp ERP system is possible only after familiarization with this Privacy Policy.
1.3. By registering in the Bimp system, the Client confirms that they have read all documents regulating the use of the service and consents to the processing of personal data in accordance with this Policy.
1.4. Processing of personal data includes collection, registration, storage, adaptation, use, distribution, or destruction of data, including the use of automated systems.

2. Legal Grounds for Data Processing
Bimp processes personal data based on:

  • the performance of the contract between Bimp and the Client;
  • obtaining the Client's consent;
  • compliance with legal requirements;
  • legitimate interests of Bimp, in particular to improve the functionality of the service and data security.

3. Types of Information and Purpose of Its Processing

3.1. Information processed by Bimp:

  • Client's personal data (name, contact information, email);
  • Data for accounting goods, warehouse, transactions;
  • Financial information (bank details, transactions);
  • Technical information (IP address, browser type, operating system);
  • Integration data from third-party systems if connected to Bimp.

3.2. Purpose of data processing:

  • Provision of automation services for accounting, warehousing, and business process management;
  • Improvement of the ERP system functionality;
  • Sending information about updates and new products (with Client consent);
  • Ensuring data security and resolving technical issues.

3.3. Use of cookies
Complies with the Cookie Use Policy for personalization, analytics, and marketing.

4. Data Storage and Deletion
4.1. We store personal data for the duration of the contract and 3 years after its termination, unless otherwise provided by law or Client consent.
4.2. In case of service termination, the Client has 7 calendar days to export their data.

5. Disclosure of Information
5.1. Personal data may be disclosed:

  • To perform the contract between Bimp and the Client;
  • Upon request of government authorities in accordance with applicable law;
  • In case of Client’s violation of the License Agreement or Bimp’s intellectual property rights.

5.2. Bimp guarantees that data transfer to third parties occurs only with the Client's consent.

6. Data Security
6.1. Bimp uses modern technologies to protect data:

  • Data encryption during transmission and storage;
  • Protection of authorized sessions;
  • Regular updates of security systems.

6.2. All data is stored on servers located in secure data centers in Finland.
