Bimp and Horoshop integration: orders, stock and prices

The Bimp integration with Horoshop loads orders from your site into Bimp as "Order-invoice" documents and, if needed, sends products, stock and prices from Bimp to the site. The basic integration is set up in one working day. It requires a login, a password and your Horoshop site domain. A Bimp technical specialist performs the connection.
What the Horoshop integration does
The integration with Horoshop (a Ukrainian online store platform) joins your site and Bimp accounting in one system. It performs the following actions:
- loads orders from Horoshop into Bimp: each order is created as an “Order-invoice” document, which finance, logistics and shipping then work with;
- adds product data to the order by the “Name” and “SKU” fields;
- creates new customers, looking for existing ones by phone number;
- with a separate option, updates stock and prices on the site from Bimp warehouse data.

Basic integration and paid options
The basic integration loads orders from Horoshop into Bimp. It is free and takes one working day to implement.

What you need to connect
To connect, you need Horoshop API access details: a login, a password and the domain of your Horoshop site. The older source also mentions an API token, which is obtained with the login and password from your Horoshop account.
Create the login and password in the Horoshop admin panel: Settings → Admins.
How to connect the integration
The integration is closed: a Bimp technical specialist sets it up, and there is no self-service connection in the interface.
- Contact Bimp support or your sales manager.
- In Horoshop, create an administrator for the integration (login and password).
- Give the specialist the login, password and site domain.
- Agree whether you need the initial upload and the automatic export.
Information for developers
The integration works through the Horoshop API (documentation: https://horoshop.notion.site/horoshop-api). Authorization is performed with a POST https://<DOMAIN>/api/auth/ request with the login and password parameters.

Is the Bimp integration with Horoshop paid?
The basic integration (orders from Horoshop into Bimp) is free. The initial upload of products, stock and prices into Bimp and the automatic export of this data from Bimp to Horoshop are paid.
How do Horoshop customers get into Bimp?
Bimp looks up the customer by phone number. If there is no match, a new counterparty card is created.
