Bimp integrations catalog: marketplaces, CRM and websites

In short

Bimp connects to marketplaces (Prom.ua, Rozetka, eBay, Etsy), online stores (Shopify, Horoshop) and CRMs (SalesDrive, KeepinCRM, KeyCRM). In all cases the basic integration loads orders into Bimp as an "Order-invoice" document; transfer of products, stock and prices is connected separately. A Bimp technical specialist performs the connection: contact support or your sales manager.

Which integrations Bimp supports

Bimp supports integrations with three types of services: marketplaces (Prom.ua, Rozetka, eBay, Etsy), online stores (Shopify, Horoshop) and CRMs (SalesDrive, KeepinCRM, KeyCRM). Banks, Nova Poshta, Checkbox and 1C are described in separate articles in this section. All articles in this section are listed on the “Integrations” page.

A Bimp technical specialist performs the connection. To order it, write to support or your sales manager. The cost and timeframe depend on the scope of work, so ask your manager.

What is synchronized: comparison

All integrations share the same basis: orders from the service arrive in Bimp as an “Order-invoice”. Additional capabilities differ.

“Initial upload” is a one-time transfer of data from the external service into Bimp. “Automatic export” is a regular transfer of up-to-date data from Bimp to the service. Both options are connected separately from the basic one and take up to two weeks to implement (the basic one takes one working day).

The KeyCRM integration is more complete and is set up by yourself in Bimp: see Setting up the KeyCRM integration.

What you need to connect

API access rights

For Shopify, the key must have read and write permissions for orders, products, stock and locations. Without them, synchronization will not work.

The table below shows which API operations are available for each integration. “Get” means reading data from the service, “Update” and “Create” mean writing data to the service.

Prom.ua

Prom.ua loads orders into Bimp as an “Order-invoice”, creates products by the “Name” and “SKU” fields and looks up products by name or SKU. New customers are created by phone number. The basic integration is set up in one working day. Additionally, you can order the initial upload of products, stock and prices and the automatic export of prices and stock from Bimp.

Rozetka

Rozetka loads the seller’s orders into Bimp as an “Order-invoice”. Products are filled in automatically (name, SKU), products are looked up by SKU or name, and customers are identified by phone number. The initial upload and the automatic export of prices and stock from Bimp to Rozetka are additionally available. To connect, you need the login and password of the seller account and an API token.

Shopify

Shopify loads the store’s orders into Bimp as an “Order-invoice”, creates products by the “Name” and “SKU” fields and customers by phone number. This is the only integration with a separate option, “Upload products with variants”: it transfers products with variants and additional parameters. For variants in Bimp, see Variants.

eBay

eBay loads orders from your account into Bimp as an “Order-invoice”, creates product cards by the “Name” and “SKU” fields and customers by phone number. The initial upload of products, stock and prices and the automatic export of prices and stock from Bimp to eBay are additionally available.

Etsy

Etsy loads orders into Bimp as an “Order-invoice” via SalesBox. Products are created by the “Name” and “SKU” fields, customers by phone number. Additionally, you can order the initial upload of products, stock and prices from Etsy into Bimp. The integration description has no automatic export from Bimp to Etsy.

SalesDrive

SalesDrive loads orders from your CRM account into Bimp as an “Order-invoice” with basic product and counterparty fields. To connect, you set a link (webhook) provided by the Bimp team in your SalesDrive profile. The initial upload and the automatic export of products, stock and prices from Bimp are additionally available.

KeepinCRM

KeepinCRM loads orders into Bimp as an “Order-invoice”, creates products by the “Name” and “SKU” fields and customers by phone number. Working through the API requires the paid version of KeepinCRM. Additionally, you can order the initial upload of products and prices from KeepinCRM into Bimp.

Horoshop and KeyCRM

The Horoshop and KeyCRM integrations are described separately because they have their own settings: Horoshop and Setting up the KeyCRM integration.

Will old orders be loaded

No, history is not loaded when you connect an integration. Orders created or changed after the connection arrive in Bimp. To transfer orders for a past period, create a support request and specify the exact start date. The same applies to a “pause”: if you turned the integration off and then on again, orders from the paused period are not loaded automatically. For KeyCRM details, see Setting up the KeyCRM integration.

If your service is not on the list

For services that are not in the catalog, orders and stock can be synchronized through the Bimp API. Example scenarios: Syncing orders with an online store and Exporting stock and prices to a website.

FAQ

What data does the basic marketplace or CRM integration load?

Orders. Each order arrives in Bimp as an "Order-invoice" document with products and a counterparty. If the product or customer does not exist yet, Bimp creates the cards automatically: the product by the "Name" and "SKU" fields, the customer by phone number.

How does Bimp look up products and customers from an order?

Products are looked up by name or SKU, customers by phone number. If there is no match, a new card is created.

Can I send stock and prices from Bimp to a marketplace?

Yes, this is a separate "Automatic export" option. It is available for SalesDrive, Shopify, eBay, Prom.ua, Rozetka and Horoshop, as well as for KeyCRM. For Etsy and KeepinCRM, the terms description has no such export.

Will old orders be loaded after connecting?

No. Only orders created or changed after the connection are loaded automatically. Support transfers the history for past periods on a separate request.
