In short

Update 111 (27.06.2025) adds the "Debt adjustment" document with three scenarios: netting, debt assignment and offsetting advances between contracts and orders. Files can be uploaded in customer orders, supplier orders and work orders, and the "Cash balance" report shows the exchange difference.

Release date: 27.06.2025.

Finance

  • Debt adjustment. The new document manages debts between the company, customers and suppliers: netting, write-offs, assignments and other operations without actual movement of funds. Details: Debt adjustments.
  • Netting. In the “Debt adjustment” document, you can decrease or increase the debt between counterparties without an actual transfer of funds. This is convenient when one company is both a customer and a supplier. Details: Netting with a counterparty.
  • Assignment. A debt is transferred between counterparties: when the legal entity changes, payment goes through a third party, or debts need to be redistributed between suppliers.
  • Advance offset. Advance payments are transferred between contracts and orders of the same customer in the “Debt adjustment” document.

Reports

  • Cash balance at the internal rate. The “Cash balance” report shows balances at the internal rate and the exchange difference between the current rate and the rate on the document creation date. For more on the report, see Cash balance in accounts and cash registers.

Sales and purchasing

  • Files in orders. Files are uploaded, viewed and managed in the “Customer order”, “Supplier order” and “Work order” documents, as well as through the order register.
