Update 112: Google sign-in, scanner write-off, cost accumulation without an order

Sign-in and interface

• Google sign-in. Sign-up and sign-in to Bimp are available through a Google account. Details: Sign-up and sign-in.
• “Select all results” in lists. In a drop-down list, one click selects all search results.
• Select all items. On all pages where records can be selected, a checkbox has appeared for selecting all items on all possible pages.
• Products and modifications in separate columns. In the “Products and services” register they are separated, which makes it easier to search by name or modification and to sort large lists.

Warehouse

• Scanner write-off. Goods are written off from the warehouse with a barcode scanner, without a mouse or keyboard. The system records who performs the write-off. Details: Write-off.

Sales

• Price without VAT. In the “Customer order”, the price without VAT is calculated automatically, taking into account the currency rate and the price in the price list currency (accounting). Managers adjust prices for accounting separately, and print forms show the amount with and without VAT. Details: Customer order.

Cost price

• Cost accumulation without linking to an order. This is possible through the “Other expenses” and “Goods receipt” documents.
• Cost accumulation linked to a work order or a customer order. It works through the “Stock transfer”, “Expense report”, “Other expenses”, “Goods receipt” and “Piecework pay” documents. This gives an accurate calculation of costs and a reliable cost price. Details: Cost accumulation.
