Update 122: production task, supplier products, IP login restriction
In short
Update 122 (02.10.2026) adds the "Production task" document with stage-by-stage tracking and automatic piecework pay, the "Supplier products" tab, login restriction by IP addresses and tracking of customer-supplied materials at zero cost. The REST API and BigQuery data have been extended.
Release date: 02.10.2026.
Production
- “Production task” document. For each unit of finished product with a unique serial number, the system automatically creates a separate task based on one “Production order”: the composition of components, stages, operations, specification and write-off warehouses are carried over. Details: Production tasks.
- A new register in the “Production” module (“Production task” tab) with search and filters by dates, statuses, stages, responsible persons and customer orders. Tasks are grouped by “Customer order” (number, priority, number of serial numbers in progress) and “For free balance”.
- The “Priority” field (“High”, “Medium”, “Low”) in the “Customer order” (“Main” section) is passed to production.
- Stages have the statuses “Waiting”, “In progress”, “Paused”, “Completed”, “Semi-finished product”, “Product”. When a stage moves to “In progress” or “Completed”, the date and time are recorded, and only employees assigned to the operation are offered as responsible. A checkbox next to a stage leaves in the table only the materials written off at that stage.
- Semi-finished products are numbered as [Product_serial]/1, [Product_serial]/2 with intermediate “Semi-finished product assembly” documents. Reversal of written-off components at the original cost price and replacement with analogs are possible; a repair is recorded with the technician, reasons and additional components.
- Materials, components and piecework pay accumulate in the “Accumulated cost price” register. A “Piecework pay” is created for each completed stage or repair. After the last stage, the final “Assembly” is generated, the finished product is posted to stock and, if there is an order, automatically reserved for the customer.
- Batches, serial numbers and masks. The “Accounting settings” have a new switch “Set the same batch number (Production)”: all serial numbers of a line or document get a single batch number by a template (mask). In the “Production order”, batches, serial numbers and unique barcodes are generated automatically, as in “Assembly”, and can be edited manually.
- “Production statuses”. The register has been updated: “Active” and “Author” columns, filters by activity and by document affiliation. Switches define which documents (production task or production order) a status applies to, automatically create an “Assembly” of a semi-finished or finished product and fill in batches and serial numbers. A stage start status writes the time to “Stage start”, a completion status to “Stage finish”; one status cannot be both at once.
- Customer-supplied materials. With the “Processing” checkbox, the “Supplier order” and “Goods receipt” documents can be posted with a price of 0.00 UAH, and batches are formed with a cost price of 0.00. “Return to supplier” inherits this mode. In the “Production order” and “Assembly”, the “Own processing” type removes the block on zero material cost, while “Third-party processing” is an informational type. Such operations do not affect the balance with counterparties.
Purchasing and warehouse
- “Supplier products”. The product card (“Warehouse” section, “Products and services”) has a new tab for matching your item with supplier names and barcodes, as well as a “UN code” field. Details: Supplier products.
- The “Supplier order” and “Goods receipt” have a “Supplier products” column (hidden by default). The directory is filtered by the product and the supplier of the document; if there are several names, the oldest one is filled in, and a new one can be created through ”+ Create supplier product”. When a receipt is created based on an order, the values are copied, and for products with batch tracking they are written to the batch details.
- In the “Product movement” report, the “Show supplier product name” checkbox adds a column with the name from the batch card.
- Planned shipment date by line. In the “Supplier order”, the toggle “Show shipment date in the table part of the document” adds a “Shipment date” column. Empty cells are filled with the general date on save and are highlighted.
- Cost price by warehouses, batches and serial numbers. In “Warehouse”, “Products and services”, the cost price structure of balances expands by each warehouse and, if batch or serial number tracking is on, by batches and serial numbers.
Sales
- New design of the “Customer order” register. The command panel, table, sorting and bulk selection have been updated.
- “Product contents, additional information” column. In the “Customer order” and “Sales of goods and services”, extended descriptions of lines and modifications are pulled in from product cards; they can be edited and are passed along the document chain. Details: Extended line descriptions in documents.
Access
- IP login restriction. In the access rights settings, you can restrict the list of IP addresses or networks from which employees are allowed to sign in (for example, only from the office network). Details: Login restriction by IP address.
Directories
- “Specifications”. The directory has been moved to a new design with an extended list, display of modifications and column settings.
- “Contract number”. The contract directory has a new field with auto-numbering and manual editing, also available in the REST API.
Integrations and API
- KeyCRM. From KeyCRM, the “City” and the original order number from the website are passed to the “Delivery” tab of the customer order. Details: KeyCRM: what data is transferred.
- Nova Poshta. The additional service “Packaging” is available in the waybill creation and editing window.
- BigQuery. The
bimp_publicdataset now includes the documents “Loan receipt”, “Loan repayment”, “Investments”, “Return of investments” and “Transfer between accounts and cash registers” (the data matches the “Cash flow” report), a separate view with cash balances by accounts and cash registers at the start and end of the period, and customer price lists. - REST API. Details: API method reference.
