In short

Update 115 (02.10.2025) makes the KeyCRM integration two-way: Bimp sends balances and prices. The VAT rate in a customer order is filled in by organization, production orders are created by specification, and the public API documentation gets examples and a new route.

Release date: 02.10.2025.

Integrations and API

  • Two-way integration with KeyCRM. Bimp automatically sends current product balances and prices to KeyCRM, ensuring full synchronization. Details: KeyCRM: what data is transferred.
  • Public API documentation. It has been detailed and unified: response examples and descriptions of keys and requests have appeared. A new route for creating the “Supplier order” document has been added. Details: API method reference.

Sales and purchasing

  • VAT by organization. If an organization is marked as a VAT payer in the “Organizations” directory, the VAT rate in the customer order is set automatically for it.
  • SKU in print forms. For better product identification, the print forms of the “Supplier order” and “Goods receipt” show the product SKU.
  • Waybill. The print form template of the waybill has been updated so that data is displayed correctly.
  • Data import. A switch for creating or editing price lists has appeared, and products can be searched by SKU, barcode or name.

Production

  • Production orders by specification. They are created automatically by specification, with all related documents tracked in the subordination structure. Details: Production order.

Payroll

  • Custom expense items for payroll. Items for salary accrual and payment can be created independently, organized into a structure and selected in documents.

Interface and dashboard

  • Context menu. The context menu interface has been reorganized and quick access to important services has been added.
  • New dashboard metrics. Three metrics have been added to assess work with new customers: the amount of orders, sales and payments in the first month of cooperation.
  • Columns from the product card. In the general list of products and services, columns with product card data can be added and hidden.
