In short
Update 121 (19.08.2026) reworks production: the "Production stages" directory, the "Repair" operation, material analogs, the "Operations" tab and automatic piecework pay. It adds the "Stock reservation" document and access restrictions by accounts, cash registers, projects and lines of business.
Release date: 19.08.2026.
Production
- “Production stages” directory. A new directory in the “Directories” section organizes technological operations, has a unified interface style and an action history for each card.
- “Specifications”. The specification card has been fully redesigned: a new left panel, creating specifications from templates, and the “Stages and operations” tab with planned cost price calculation. Details: Specifications.
- “Production order”: the “Repair” operation. In the left panel you choose the operation type: “Assembly” or “Repair”. For a repair, the “Products” tab offers only goods that are in warehouses, with a required batch and serial number. The new cost price equals the initial cost plus materials plus piecework pay from the accompanying “Piecework pay” document.
- Replacement with analogs. On the “Materials and components” tab, the “Analog” column opens a panel of permitted replacements with priorities and warehouse balance. If a material is reserved by batches, the system warns that the reservation must be released or new batches selected. In the “Other actions” menu, the “Replace with analogs” function itself fills in available analogs when there is a shortage.
- “Operations” tab. It collects all technological work of the order with performers (employees or contractors). The “Merge identical performers” toggle shows total time, volume and amounts payable. In the context menu of a material, you can specify after which operation its write-off is allowed.
- Semi-finished products. The “Products” and “Materials” tabs have a “Specification” column: you can select an active specification or create a new one right in the modal window. A “Change history” tab has been added for auditing edits. Details: Production order.
- “Assembly”: “Operations” tab. It records the performer, operation, time, quantity, rate, amount and product. On posting, Bimp automatically creates and posts a “Piecework pay” with the “By products” allocation; a required “Products” column appears on the “Accruals” tab. Without it, the document cannot be posted (“For this allocation, products are not filled in the accrual”). Details: Assembly.
- Line of business and project. The “Line of business” and “Project” fields have been added to “Production order”, “Assembly” and “Disassembly”.
Access and security
- Accounts and cash registers. In “User account”, “Access rights”, an “Accounts and cash registers” tab has appeared. If no account is assigned to a user, all financial data is available to them; as soon as at least one cash register or account is added, everything else is hidden across the whole system (in lists, filters and drop-downs).
- Lines of business. The new “Lines of business” tab works on the same principle of strict restriction: an empty tab means access to all lines.
- Projects. The “Projects” tab works the same way, but subprojects must be added separately: access to a parent project does not open them. All financial and warehouse indicators in analytics are recalculated only for the accessible objects.
- Change history. The action log is implemented for the “Sales of goods and services” document and the “Counterparties” and “Products” directories: you can see who changed a record and when.
- Administrative notifications. Administrators can send users urgent announcements that are shown directly in Bimp.
Sales and warehouse
- New “Stock reservation” document. The “Sales” section has a “Reservation” tab with a journal, search, filters and two operations: “Reserve” and “Release reservation”. The warehouse is set for the whole document or for each product separately with the “Warehouse in the table part” toggle. When created based on an order (customer, supplier, work, production or receipt), the source document and the quantity by free balance are pulled in. Details: Stock reservation.
- Duplicates in the “Customer order”. If a product is added a second time (by button, scanning or import), a non-blocking message appears at the bottom of the screen for 3-4 seconds: “Product [Name] selected a second time, please check”.
- Payment filters in journals. The “Paid” filter has the new value “Overpayment”. The “Supplier order” journal got a full payment status filter (“Yes”, “No”, “Partially”, “Overpayment”), and the payment method filter in both journals was renamed “Payment form”.
- Rates in “Customer payment”. The informer shows the order rate and the actual payment rate in a familiar format (for example, 45.00 UAH/USD), which simplifies control of exchange differences.
- “Debt adjustment”. The “Order” and “Document” fields are no longer required for operations posted under a contract as a whole; the contract, settlement amount and accounting amount are enough. Details: Debt adjustments.
- Contacts in a Nova Poshta waybill. If you turn off “Recipient is the same as the customer”, a “Recipient contact person” list appears from the counterparty’s “Contacts” tab. A new person entered manually is saved automatically in the counterparty card.
- Customer price lists. In the price list export, you can add product images and print a price list from the system.
Warehouse and purchasing
- Batches, serial numbers and barcodes in purchasing. The “Supplier order” has new columns “Batch”, “Serial number”, “Batch barcode” and “Serial number barcode” (hidden if needed). Excel import pulls them in and creates missing batches and serial numbers; if there is no barcode, the system generates one. When a “Goods receipt” is created based on an order, the data is copied, and the “Create batches” button generates empty batches and serial numbers with barcodes. Details: Goods receipt with serial numbers.
- Serial number duplicate check. The “Accounting settings” have a “Serial number duplicate check” switch: you can block identical serial numbers or allow identical serial number names for different batches.
- Deleting archived products. In “Warehouse”, “Products and services”, “Archive”, the “Other actions” menu has the item “Delete from archive”. Cards with no movement at all are deleted permanently, while those with at least one operation stay in the archive; the final message shows the number deleted and kept. Details: How to delete or archive.
- “Stock count”. The “Reservation” column is filled in automatically and cannot be edited manually; when you select a product or batch, the book quantity, cost price and reservation are pulled in.
- Protection of services in KeyCRM. A service whose cost item is specified in the settings of an active CRM integration (for example, delivery or packaging) cannot be archived.
Reports
- “Product balances with reservation”. The “Product balances without address” report has been renamed. The “Show as the last level: Documents” switch expands under a line the list of customer orders holding the reservation, with links to them. A date filter has been added. Details: Product balances with reservation.
- “Shipment and payment by customer orders”. New filters “Invoice order status”, “Work order status” and “Product groups” (multi-select); totals are recalculated for the selected documents.
- Counterparties in reports. In “Cash flow” and “Net cash flow”, at the third drill-down level “Documents”, the counterparty name is shown next to the document.
- “Settlements” tab in the counterparty card. It shows orders (customer, supplier, work) with sales or receipts, payments, returns and the current balance.
Integrations, API and interface
- KeyCRM. The “Create only products in stock” switch next to “Create products in KeyCRM” sends to the CRM only products that are in warehouses.
- PrivatBank API. The uniqueness of operations is checked by the combination of payment details (ref and refn), not by the technical id field, which rules out duplicates. The previous scheme applies to statements for past periods.
- Public API. Methods have been opened for the batch card, for the “Products: Accounting” tab in the “Customer order” and for balances in accounts and cash registers.
- Counterparty list. The “Counterparties” section has been converted to a table with column settings and order, bulk actions, sorting, a side filter panel and quick search by name or EDRPOU.
- Unified table rules. The “hand” cursor only over clickable elements, opening a card with a single click on a link or a double click on an empty area of the row, row highlighting on hover, underlining only where a drill-down expands.
