In short

Update 114 (09.09.2025) adds "Line of business" to income and expense items and the "Cash Flow by activity" report. The "Income and expenses" report got a hierarchical design, and the exchange with 1C:Accounting got step-by-step setup and document loading.

Release date: 09.09.2025.

Finance

  • “Line of business” in income and expense items. The item directories now have a “Line of business” column and a required field: operating, investing or financing. All existing records automatically received the line “Operating activity”; a new filter lets you find and group items by line of business. Details: Income and expense items.
  • “Documents” column in “Operations”. In the “Operations” block of the “Finance” section, it shows the type and number of the linked document, which opens in a new tab.
  • New documents through the API. External services (for example, a Telegram bot) can create the “Expense request”, “Write-off” and “Other expenses” documents through the public API.

Reports

  • New report “Cash Flow by line of business”. It analyzes cash movement across operating, investing and financing activities. Unlike the standard report, it provides a filter by lines of business and dynamics by days, months or quarters. Details: Cash Flow by activity.
  • New design of the “Income and expenses” report. The hierarchical structure automatically groups operating expenses and breaks down non-operating profit. Details: Income and expenses (P&L).

Sales and counterparties

  • Updated design for creating a “Customer order”. The new form speeds up filling in fields and reduces the chance of errors.
  • “Responsible manager” filter in the “Customer order” register of the “Sales” section.
  • Counterparty search and filters. In the “Counterparties” section, you can filter records by responsible manager, project or email.

Purchasing

  • Filter by warehouse in “Purchase planning”. Data can be filtered by a specific warehouse for more accurate planning and analytics.

Exchange with 1C:Accounting

  • Step-by-step setup: sign-in with a login and password, company selection, automatic token retrieval. Settings are linked to the company and load automatically on the next sign-in.
  • Directories: search for counterparties, contracts and products by name, code, SKU and so on; automatic filling of accounting accounts for new directories according to the general 1C settings.
  • Organizations and warehouses: you can map Bimp organizations to organizations in 1C and automatically fill in the warehouse in documents.
  • Expense items from Bimp are supported for services in documents.
  • Documents: loading of customer orders, sales of goods and services, and goods and services receipts. For “Sales” and “Goods receipt”, selection by the “Accounting” and “Management accounting” flags has been added.
  • Write mode in 1C: “Save” or “Post”.
  • “Status” column shows the exchange result: “Loaded”, “Changed”, “Error”.

Details: Exchange with 1C.
