Update 123: write-off control by norms, batch masks, cost allocation, SalesDrive
In short
Update 123 (30.10.2026) adds control of material write-off by specification norms, accumulated cost price without an order and cost allocation. Batch and serial number masks are extended to purchasing, balances and stock posting. The "Supplier order" gets control of dates and statuses by line.
Release date: 30.10.2026. All articles in this section are listed on the “What’s new in Bimp” page.
Production
- Control of material write-off by specification norms. The table part of the “Specification” has new columns “Minimum quantity” and “Maximum quantity”. In the “Production order” and “Assembly”, the “Material write-off control” tab shows for each material the actual quantity, the norm and the deviation, with an “Only with deviations” switch and a counter of lines with a deviation. Details: Material write-off limits.
- In the “Production order”, the control is informational, and the document is saved.
- In “Assembly”, the control is strict: a document with a deviation will not be saved. The administrator and the company owner can save it; the system warns and records the action in the “Change history”.
- If a material is replaced with an analog, its quantity is counted toward the main material.
- Serial materials in “Assembly”. Previously, when products were split into several lines, materials were copied with a quantity of 0.5, and the document could not be saved because of negative serial number balances. Now one material serial number goes to one product; if it cannot be divided into whole units, a message appears before saving. The “Fill by batches” panel replaces already assigned batches and shows only those with a free balance, and the shortage message names the product and the batch.
- “Production task” register. Inside an order, all tasks are visible (the list loads while you scroll instead of stopping at a limit of 1000), and pagination and filters have been fixed. The task card has a “Customer” field from the linked customer order.
- New design of the “Production order” register. The table columns have been extended and the side filter panel has been reworked.
Cost price
- Accumulated cost price without an order. In “Stock transfer”, materials can be written off to an expense item as general costs without a customer order. Details: Cost accumulation.
- “Cost allocation”. On the “Materials” tab, the “Fill” button pulls in such costs for allocation to the cost price of products. Accumulated cost price without an order is available for “Manufactured products” and “Sold goods”.
- “Accumulated cost price” report. A “Products” breakdown has appeared in grouping, drill-down and filters.
Warehouse and purchasing
- Batch and serial number masks. Numbering masks, which previously worked only in production, now work in the “Supplier order”, “Goods receipt”, “Opening balances entry”, “Stock posting” and “Disassembly” documents. Details: Goods receipt with serial numbers.
- The “Create batches” button became a drop-down menu: “Create batches” creates batches and serial numbers by masks, and “Overwrite batch names” renames them by the current mask. In the “Supplier order”, this button appears for the first time.
- The “Set the same batch number” switch applies to all these documents: all serial numbers of one product in a document have the same batch number.
- Serial numbers from scanning are named by the “Serial number mask”.
- A “Receipt” based on an order carries over batches and serial numbers from the “Supplier order”.
- On import, values from the file take priority over masks; in the “Supplier order”, import does not create batches and serial numbers, they are created by the “Create batches” button.
- “Supplier order”: control by line. New columns “Order”, “Minimum balance”, “Awaiting shipment”, “Planned shipment date”, “Status” and “Comment” are turned on in the table settings. The left panel has a multi-line field for delivery, payment and packaging terms. The “Fill by column” item in date and status cells fills all rows or only empty ones, and the planned date can be copied to “Shipment date”. “Order” is selected in each line separately, so one supplier order can serve several customer orders. The block view of the table has been removed. Details: Supplier order.
- Order statuses. The directory became a table with the columns “Active”, “Document affiliation”, “Author” and filters. Three switches in the status card define where it can be selected: in the “Customer order”, in the “Supplier order” or in a table row.
- New “Supplier order” list. The columns have been extended, and filters by “Project” and “Line of business” have been added.
- “Stock reservation”. When “Releasing reservation”, the product list offers goods that are already reserved (previously only goods with a free balance); repeated release is not allowed, so a negative reservation cannot arise. Details: Stock reservation.
- “Stock transfer”. The “Delivery” and “Print” sections have been added, as in “Sales of goods and services”.
- Excise tax. The field has appeared in the product card, “Customer order” and “Sales of goods and services”.
- Data import. Additional product card fields are available for loading from a file.
- Customer price lists. The directory has a “Counterparty” column and field, so a price list can be linked to a specific customer.
- Accounting settings. The duplicate switches got new names, translations and informers (i); the duplicate barcode message names the product that already has this barcode.
Sales and payments
- “Customer payment”. The restriction that showed only the 100 newest orders in the table has been removed. Now all open documents of the customer in the payment currency are visible, the contract’s “Current debt” is calculated across all of them, “Allocate payment amount” closes the oldest orders first, and search finds any order, including by exact number. The table works quickly with thousands of documents. Details: Customer payment.
- “Sales of goods and services” and waybill. A “Number of packages” column has been added, along with new fields in the “Print” section; the “Waybill” print form has been extended and the “Employees” directory has been improved, so the data needed for the waybill gets into the form automatically.
- “Number of lines”. The column in the “Customer orders” list shows the number of unique products (turned on with the gear icon). In “Production”, “Orders”, the order’s product and the total number of lines are visible, and the “Products” table has a “Total number of lines” subtotal.
- Zero prices in “Processing”. When “Processing” is enabled in the company, zero prices can be specified in the “Customer order” and “Sales of goods”, so processing of customer-supplied materials is recorded without artificial prices.
- “Contract number”. The contract directory has a field with auto-numbering and manual editing; the number is available in the REST API.
Integrations and API
- KeyCRM. The “City” and the order number from the customer’s website are passed from KeyCRM. The integration window has a new setting “Fill in batches when selling goods”: sales documents are created with batches already filled in.
- SalesDrive. In the integration settings, you can choose how order numbers are displayed.
- “Google Cloud” module. A module for storing files and documents in cloud storage has been added in “Company settings”.
- API: document subordination. In a sale, you can see the customer order it was created from and the document chain.
- BigQuery and REST API. BigQuery received additional documents for analytics, and the REST API received the “Opening balances entry” document and “Processing” functionality.
