Update 113: new supplier reports, sales dynamics, automatic price updates

Reports

• Supplier in the “Gross profit” report. Filtering, grouping and drill-down by supplier have been added. Details: Gross profit report.
• “Sales dynamics”. The report breaks down sales volumes for the selected period into columns by days, months or quarters. This helps you spot seasonal fluctuations, assess the effectiveness of advertising campaigns (compare sales before and after launch) and follow daily, monthly and quarterly figures. • New report “Shipment and payment by supplier orders”. It provides analytics of the movement of funds and goods for orders placed with suppliers: you see both the liabilities and the physical movement of goods.
• Organizations in the “Settlements with suppliers” report. A filter and grouping by organizations have been added, so you can build the data separately for each one.

Prices

• Automatic price updates through the “Customer price list”. Product prices are updated automatically: manually or by set recalculation rules. Details: Price lists.

Access

• Permissions for documents created from an order. A user’s access level for such documents automatically matches their permissions for the order itself, taking the status into account.

Finance

• Ukrgasbank statements. Ukrgasbank bank statements are imported from Excel so that operations can then be allocated to documents in Bimp. Details: Bank statement import.
